I'm an exercise therapist with 16 years of experience, on a mission to improve women's health. Six years ago, during a tough period in my life marked by depression and Urinary leakage, I faced a pivotal moment. My dream of surfing felt out of reach, but I refused to let my condition win.

Determined, I used my expertise to start pelvic floor exercises. In just one month, I conquered my incontinence and reclaimed my active life. Now, I’ve dedicated myself to helping countless women overcome pelvic floor issues, proving that no challenge is too great when your dreams are bigger. Let’s tackle this together!

  • Why Kegels are not always the solution

  • How pelvic floor dysfunction develops over time

Hour 2 – Practical Session (Part 1) 
  • Conscious diaphragmatic breathing

  • Pelvic floor awareness and relaxation techniques

  • Self-massage for the perineum, diaphragm, and lower abdomen

Hour 3 – Practical Session (Part 2)
  • First-level pelvic floor activation exercises

  • Common mistakes and how to correct them

  • Live Q&A, personal guidance, and next steps
