DAY 1 – FREE LIVE WEBINAR + STEP 1 PRACTICE
We start by understanding what is really happening in your body when stress, fatigue, and pelvic floor symptoms appear.
Inside this session you will learn:

Why leaks happen and how stress directly affects your pelvic floor, your body, and your quality of life

The connection between chronic stress, nervous system overload, pelvic floor tension, and your leadership capacity

How unresolved tension in the body can reduce confidence, focus, and resilience, even in high-performing women

Step 1 of the SOS Method with a simple breathing and pelvic floor practice to reconnect with your body and begin restoring safety and stability
You will leave Day 1 with one powerful practice you can use immediately.
DAY 2 – STEP 2 PRACTICE + INTEGRATION
On Day 2 we build on what you learned and practiced on the first day.
Inside this session you will:

Review and practise Step 1 of the SOS Method together

Learn Step 2, designed to release deeper tension stored in the pelvic floor and nervous system

Understand how your body begins to move from stress response into recovery and regulation
This day helps your body integrate the first two steps and begin creating real change.
DAY 3 – STEP 3 PRACTICE + FULL SOS METHOD
On the final day we bring everything together so you leave with a complete practice you can continue using after the challenge.
Inside this session you will:
• Practice Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 of the SOS Method together
• Build a deeper understanding of the connection between your pelvic floor and your body through movement
By the end of the challenge, you will have a simple, baby-step practical method to help your body reset, restore confidence, and lead without burnout

ABOUT ME:
I'm an exercise therapist with 16 years of experience, on a mission to improve women's health. Six years ago, during a tough period in my life marked by depression and Urinary leakage, I faced a pivotal moment. My dream of surfing felt out of reach, but I refused to let my condition win.
Determined, I used my expertise to start pelvic floor exercises. In just one month, I conquered my incontinence and reclaimed my active life.
