The 1/5 months (2 months support) lasting program “End Incontinence” includes four private 1-2-1 Zoom group sessions spread over several weeks, covering program orientation, personal goal setting, pelvic floor anatomy and exercises, self-massage techniques, and integrating emotional and nutritional health, culminating in a session of active exercises, evaluation, and laughing yoga.
ABOUT ME:
I'm an exercise and physiotherapist with 15 years of experience, on a mission to evangelized women's health. Five years ago, during a tough period in my life marked by depression and incontinence, I faced a pivotal moment. My dream of surfing felt out of reach, but I refused to let my condition win.
Determined, I used my expertise to start pelvic floor exercises. In just one month, I conquered my incontinence and reclaimed my active life. Now, I’ve dedicated myself to helping countless women overcome pelvic floor issues, proving that no challenge is too great when your dreams are bigger. Let’s tackle this together!

I am very busy, how much time will I have to devote to exercise each day?
Exercises should take only 15-30 minutes to be effective.
Do I have to prepare a special place for the exercises?
In the beginning, until you master the pelvic floor exercises, you will need to find a separate and quiet place to exercise. I recommend having a separate room for yourself to exercise in order to perform the prescribed exercises most efficiently and get the best results.
What equipment is needed to perform the exercises during the program?
Sports mat, massage ball, gym ball (optional).
FAQ
Will I be able to watch the video if I can't attend the Zoom session?
The video of the Zoom sessions will be available for viewing later with a personal link on the YouTube channel.
Will I have the opportunity to ask questions if I have any questions about the exercises?
Yes, you will get answers during Zoom sessions and in the support group on WhatsApp.
How often does the program run? How can I save a spot in the program closest to me?
The program starts every 2-3 months. You can secure your spot in the program by paying a deposit. If you still have questions, fill out the program participant form and you will be contacted ASAP.
